Welcome to the Solea Squad Rewards Program, proudly managed by Solea Hotels & Resorts Group. The Solea Squad is an exclusive loyalty and rewards program crafted to honor our valued guests with special privileges, discounts, and memorable experiences. Membership is complimentary and open to individuals who meet the eligibility criteria outlined herein. By enrolling in or participating in this Program, members agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions outlined below.

All benefits are subject to availability and may vary depending on resort operations. Discounts apply only to participating outlets such as Earth All Day Dining, Salt and Sky, Sandy Point, and Mozza, unless otherwise stated.

Eligibility & Registration
  • Membership is open to individuals aged 18 years old and above.
  • Each member is entitled to one (1) account only. Duplicate or fraudulent accounts may be suspended or terminated without notice.
  • Interested individuals may register through official Solea channels such as:
    • Solea Squad E-form - (https://forms.office.com/r/FfMTcawaeP?origin=lprLink)
    • Guest Services Desk
    • Through authorized Solea representatives.
  1. Point Conversion Rate
    • Members of the Solea Squad will earn 1 point for every Php 100.00 spent based on the total net revenue, exclusive of VAT, discounts, and service charges.
    • Points are computed from the actual amount paid after any discounts or vouchers are applied.
      • Example: A total of Php 8,500 net will earn 85 points.
  2. Eligibility for Points
    • Points are awarded only for direct bookings made through Solea’s official channels:
      • Official Solea Resort Hotlines
      • Official Solea Resort Emails
      • On-property reservations and walk-ins
      • Third-party bookings (e.g., via Agoda, Booking.com, Expedia, or travel agencies, both online and offline) are not eligible for points
    • However, if a guest booked through a third-party platform, only incidental charges (such as Food & Beverage, Spa, and Recreational Services) billed to the guest’s room during the stay are eligible for point accumulation.
  3. Eligible Revenue Centers
    • Points may be earned from the following eligible participating resort:
      • Solea Mactan Resort (V. Wahing Street, Alegria, Cordova, Cebu)
    • Provided they are paid directly by the member and recorded under their name or room folio:
      • Room Accommodation – only for the room where the member personally stays and settles payment.
      • Food & Beverage – all restaurant, café, bar, and in-room dining transactions charged to the member’s room.
      • Spa, Recreation, and Activities – including Nouveau Spa treatments, Sports, Aqua Park access, and Happy Pebbles Club activities and other recreational activities within the Solea property.
      • Personal Functions or Events – such as birthdays, anniversaries, or weddings directly organized and paid by the member.
      • Social Functions – limited to personal social events directly booked by the member. Corporate, government, and group bookings through third-party organizers are excluded.
    • Points will not be awarded for:
      • Corporate or government group bookings.
      • Events booked through external event organizers or travel agents.
      • Complimentary stays, barter arrangements, or in-kind sponsorships.
      • Transactions settled through vouchers, discount coupons, or promotions that already provide loyalty or rebate value.
    • Posting and Validation Period
      • Points earned from qualifying transactions will be credited to the member’s account within 24 hours after check-out and settlement.
      • Posting may take longer during weekends, holidays, or special events.
      • All transactions are subject to validation by the Guest Services and Accounting Departments before point posting.
Inactive Accounts & Forfeiture Policy
  1. Points earned are non-expiring as long as the member maintains active engagement.
  2. If a member records no activity for two (2) consecutive years from their last visit or qualifying spend, their accumulated points will be automatically forfeited and the account marked inactive.
  3. Activities include any eligible stay, spending, or redemption transaction.
Redemption of Points Process
  1. General Redemption Rules
    • Members may redeem points for eligible services, products, or experiences, including accommodation, dining, spa treatments, and recreational activities.
    • All redemptions are subject to availability and must be reserved in advance to ensure the desired service or product is available.
    • Redemptions are non-transferable and cannot be converted into cash, credit, or other benefits
  2. Redemption Procedures
    • Advance Reservation
      • Members must make advance reservations for any point-based redemption. This ensures proper coordination and confirmation of availability.
    • Point Deduction
      • The assigned Squad Champion will manually deduct the redeemed points from the member’s account at the time of reservation.
    • Transaction Recording
      • The equivalent value of redeemed points will be recorded under the member’s Masterfolio for transparency, audit, and reconciliation.
    • Financial Classification
      • All redemption transactions will be recorded as part of the resort’s Marketing Expense, until such time that the Membership Department is fully integrated into Solea’s financial system.
  3. Standard Policies
    • All standard booking and cancellation policies will apply to redeemed reservations. Points may be reinstated in case of approved cancellations, subject to managem
  4. Points Validity and Account Management
    • Points are non-transferable and may be used only by the registered member.
    • Members are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials and ensuring that their transactions are correctly tagged under their membership profile.
    • Solea Hotels & Resorts will not be held liable for points lost due to unauthorized account access, neglect, or technical errors outside its control.
    • Any disputes regarding point computation or redemption must be reported within 30 days from the transaction posting date. After this period, the transaction will be considered final.
  5. General Conditions
    • Solea Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to amend, modify, or discontinue the Solea Squad Rewards Program, including its terms and conditions, at any time without prior notice. Updates will be announced through Solea’s official communication channels.
    • All decisions by the Management regarding points, redemptions, and eligibility are final and binding.
    • Fraudulent activities, false reporting, or abuse of the program will result in immediate termination of membership and forfeiture of all accumulated points.
    • Participation in the program implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
